Multimedia International Services' annual expenditure on telecommunications reached in excess of £385,000, with an additional £13,000 in costs for managing multiple communications contracts (cell-phones, PDA's and mobile e-mail.)
The requirement was to reduce these costs and to simplify contract management.
MIS provided TW with the previous quarters' bills for all telecoms contracts which were reviewed to identify usage trends in order to propose the appropriate solution.
Line rentals and call-billing were switched to TW and mobile contracts with Orange * were introduced
Over the past 15 months, TW have saved MIS more than £105,000 and removed all contract management issues.
